Our strategy at Densiline South America (DSA) revolves around optimizing wastewater treatment plants using our patented hydraulic booster, Speed-o-Clar®, designed specifically for secondary clarifiers of activated sludge wastewater treatment plants. We focus on improving hydraulics to enhance overall plant efficiency.
As activated sludge wastewater plants are a complete and complex body, their heart is the clarifier and the efficiency of its hydraulics. This is where Speed-o-Clar® comes into action first.
Its design and action allow the lamination of turbulent flows, improving sedimentation, allowing an increased flow to be treated, and possibly a higher concentration of the sludge (RAS-WAS).
The results we obtain on hydraulics improvement allow us to get in-depth with a systemic approach to wastewater treatment plants. We conduct analysis and propose additional innovative solutions to be applied throughout the different processes of the treatment plants.
